RISE Services Acquires the MySupport Matching Platform for Home and Community-Based Services

MESA, Ariz., August 20, 2020 – MySupport Inc. and RISE Services are pleased to announce that the MySupport technology platform has been acquired by RISE Services.

“When we built MySupport, we did so with the goal of making self-direction more accessible to all – this deal will help us accomplish that mission,” said Ari Ne’eman, MySupport’s CEO and co-founder. “By integrating MySupport into RISE’s infrastructure for self-direction and home and community-based services more broadly, we will have the opportunity to scale the platform to more markets and help more people.”

“MySupport is an exceptional tool with the potential to help expand self-directed services across the country,” announced JJ Auer, RISE’s Chief Executive Officer. “We’re pleased to add it to the RISE family and look forward to working to scale it to its full potential.”

“Investing in self-direction and home and community-based services is more important than ever in the midst of the present pandemic,” added Ne’eman. “We believe this partnership will help more people find workers that can keep them in the community on their own terms.”

MySupport was founded in 2014 by Ari Ne’eman, Nelson Chu, Ryan Easterly, and Joseph White as a first-of-its-kind online matching services registry that helps people with disabilities, older adults and families find the workers that best match their needs and personality through the use of a unique values-based matching algorithm. Over the last six years, MySupport has worked with a variety of health plans, state agencies, and providers to expand access to Medicaid-financed self-directed home and community-based services. MySupport helps empower people with disabilities and older adults to live the lives they want.

RISE is an innovative human services network originally established in 1987 for the purpose of moving individuals in institutions into family settings. Since that time, services have grown to support children, adults, and families with a variety of needs across multiples states.

RISE will be integrating MySupport into its work across the county and looking for opportunities to scale the innovative matching services registry into new markets. To learn more about RISE, visit www.riseservicesinc.org or contact (480) 497-1889 today!
