RISE Services for People with Disabilities in Utah
Our services have grown to support children, adults, and families with a variety of needs across multiple states. We are happy to say that our team at RISE in Utah works extremely hard for those in their care, and has in fact been certified since September 2015 for its commitment to staff and the individuals they serve in utilizing the well-regarded Safety-Care™ Behavioral Training Program.
We give the people we serve in Utah the opportunity to live the life they imagine for themselves by providing a variety of home and community-based services for children with mental health challenges, adults with developmental and other disabilities, and aging adults.
Utah Day Services
Our Utah Day Services help adults with developmental disabilities to discover and foster their personal passions through expert guidance within a supportive community. Day Service programs have many purposes, ranging from helping adults develop skills they could use at work to finding creative hobbies and outlets through which they can better express who they are and what they care about.
We help clients discover what skills they have, learn how they might fit into a job or at home, and apply those skills to every aspect of their lives, all in a safe and supportive setting through cooking classes, exercise, music, crafts, and other job and life-skills training programs.
Utah Employment Services
RISE Utah has an amazing team of professionals who provide Employment Services that help adults with disabilities find and sustain meaningful employment. We find employment that fits the skills, preferences, and schedules of the people we serve.
These services include Supported Job-Based Training, Supported Employment, Supported Work Independence Program, RISE Employment Specialists, Customized Employment, Orientation and Training Assistance, On-Site Job Coaching, Employer Incentives, and Life Skills Restoration.
Utah Residential Services
We provide residential homes in traditional neighborhoods for adults with disabilities. The residents of a RISE home choose their own daily routines, living arrangements, and level of assistance. Residential Services include Latitude Independent Living, Senior Respite Services, and Supported Living, as well as Residential and Group Homes.
Utah Professional Parenting Services
Adults and children with developmental disabilities live their best lives in a stable family setting; however, that setting does not always come easily. RISE Utah provides programs, services, and support to help families and caretakers make a stable family setting possible including Behavioral Support, Professional Parenting, and Host Homes, as well as After School and Summer Programs. RISE Services is honored to be a member of the Family Focused Treatment Association (FFTA).
RISE in Utah proudly works with our clients and their families to provide services that allow for maximum independence and quality of life.
