RISE Employment Services by State
RISE Arizona
At RISE Services, Inc. Arizona, we offer specialized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) seeking employment. Our program includes Vocational Training, Job Coaching, and assistance with job hunting. By partnering with local businesses, we help people gain work experience in integrated settings, matched to their skills and interests. Career goals are at the core, and ongoing support continues after employment begins.
RISE Idaho
At our RISE Services, Inc. Idaho locations, our Employment Services offer a range of supports, including resume building, interview preparation, and skill development through Vocational Training. Employment Specialists assist individuals with IDD in identifying suitable job placements and connect them with a local Opportunity Center for additional growth. We empower participants to pursue new career goals with dedicated guidance from start to finish.
RISE Missouri
In St. Louis, our RISE Services, Inc. Missouri’s Assisted Employment Services focus on individualized plans for people with disabilities, addressing everything from job hunting to on-the-job support. The aim is to boost confidence and independence while navigating the workplace. Vocational Training and career exploration are key parts of the program.

At RISE Services, Inc. Utah, our services are tailored to help individuals with IDD prepare for, locate, and maintain meaningful employment. The team provides Vocational Training, supports job hunting efforts, and offers coaching once a job is secured. This all-rounded approach encourages self-advocacy and workplace success.
