Because we provide a full spectrum of services for children and adults living with IDDs and their families, several career opportunities fall under two categories: Caregivers and Skilled Professionals.
- Caregivers, or Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), provide compassionate care, assist with daily living activities, support social activities, and strengthen the lives of individuals living with disabilities.
- Skilled professionals, including Speech Therapists, Registered Nurses, Program Directors, and many more, comprise a diverse team that addresses a wide spectrum of needs for individuals with disabilities.
