Residential Group Home services are 24-hour, with person centered comprehensive supports delivered by RISE in group home settings of two to five individuals. People who receive group home services typically have intensive support needs; require a high level of structure, guidance and support to be successful. Many individuals are diagnosed with a developmental disability and one or more mental health diagnosis. RISE offers group home services to adults across Arizona including the Phoenix Metro area, Yuma, Tucson, Kingman and on the Navajo Nation.

RISE provides supports for each individual by getting to know the individual’s unique traits, needs, preferences and cultural choices. Based on this information, we implement supports around the person, rather than trying to fit him or her into a predetermined mold. Whenever possible, RISE builds these supports prior to the individual joining our homes. We believe that this process assists in a smooth transition and successful placement.
