Children’s Adoption Services joined the RISE network of agencies in 2022.
CAS has created more than 5,000 homecomings for children and families. The agency began in 1993 as an international adoption agency and is expanding their reach across the US to help more children have forever families. These children are of all ages, sibling groups, and many with diagnoses such as Downs Syndrome, developmental delays, and trauma. It is the goal of CAS to connect with families who have a calling to change the world for these children through adoption.
CAS provides domestic services locally such as home studies and post-placement. The Foster to Forever program will be launching soon to connect foster youth to adoptive families in South Carolina.
