Rise is a nonprofit organization that specializes in home and community-based support services for children and adults with developmental and other disabilities, children with mental health challenges, aging adults and children and families with foster care and adoption needs. For 25 years our purpose has remained constant. We create opportunities for and with the people we serve, their families and for the men and women providing supports to our clientele.

RISE expanded into Arizona starting business in 1993, and has locations through out the state. For almost 20 years we have been providing quality services and programs to individuals and families in Oregon. From its inception, RISE has been associated with some of the most creative and innovative programs and ideas for supporting people with disabilities and their families.

In Arizona our services are as varied as the people we support. Those supports include

  • assisting people with daily living activities
  • teaching life skills
  • meeting companionship needs
  • providing assistance in the community
  • supportive or customized employment
  • day treatment programs
  • foster parenting
  • early intervention
  • residential setting
  • respite opportunities

and much more. Levels of support are all tailored to the individuals personalized needs with service hours ranging from a few hours a month to 24 hours a day.

RISE has a network of hundreds of professionals in Arizona dedicated to delivering personalized services to everyone in our care. All RISE employees are subject to strict employment screening and training to ensure the highest quality of care.  At RISE we strive to provide opportunities where both the individuals we serve and our staff can impact the families and communities where they live.
